  • Information stored on your device. Favorites and saved searches are kept in your browser's local storage on your device. They are not sent to us.
  • Technical information. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not use these logs to identify individual visitors.

What we do not do

  • We do not use advertising pixels, cross-site tracking cookies, or analytics on this site at this time.
  • We do not use IP-based visitor identification services.
  • We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How we use information

We use the information you submit to respond to your request, provide real estate and property management services, and keep records required by law and by our brokerage. We may share it with our brokerage and with service providers who help us operate (such as our CRM provider), who may use it only on our behalf.

Maps on this site load map tiles from OpenStreetMap servers, which receive your IP address and the map area requested, under the OpenStreetMap Foundation's privacy policy. Listing data is provided by MetroList Services, Inc.

The AI concierge

The concierge is an automated assistant, not a person. Messages you type may be stored with any request you submit so our team can follow up. Please do not enter sensitive financial information.
