About Natomas

Natomas is the northern part of the City of Sacramento, bounded by the Sacramento River on the west and the American River to the south. Much of North Natomas was planned and built from the 1990s onward, with neighborhood parks, retail centers, and trail connections. JB Realty Group's office is on Truxel Road in Natomas.

Homes & architecture

Most homes are single-family houses and townhomes built since the late 1980s, along with apartment and condominium communities near the commercial corridors.

Getting around

Interstate 5 and Interstate 80 run through Natomas, and Sacramento International Airport is a short drive north. Downtown Sacramento is just south across the American River.

Parks & recreation

North Natomas Regional Park, neighborhood parks, and canal-side paths are popular. Natomas is protected by an extensive levee system; buyers should review flood zone status and insurance requirements for any property.
